So this dude called gone got banned for scamming and he is tryna scam me rn since pet asked me to send him money cause he was holding for him, then he scammed so I chargedback, and now there is a thing in my paypal in Red in the payment saying "RETIDO" And the value is 125$

So I appealed a huge thing on it to see if I win and my question is, Is my chance of winning or loosing higher?
