Paypal account creating

Paypal decided to close my account cause someone hacked into it and they thought it's unsafe now (lol). Anyways, my money is being held for 180 days and after that period of time, I can take it. Can I create new account now? Or do I have to wait 180 days? I don't want to be IP-blacklisted or something.

The reason I didn't want to post this on paypal community forum is because here would be much quicklier + I don't know if I could even post since this is happening to my account.

I dont think anything will happen I have created more than 2 before no blacklist yet

I know, but still. I have a few friends who paypal kept checking cause they created more accounts.

Pretty sure you can make another account.

People get caught scamming and they dont get ip blacklisted so you should be fine
