I do not see why you can't make your own? This would be exploitable for a benefit to you due to a flaw with PayPal's Terms of Service. Also obviously everyone on MCM probably wants to do it because they can get your money. Js. 1) They will just steal it once the amount gets high 2) They will charge you a fee
