Paypal account limited

So I have 4 open disputes as I've gotten scammed, and I recently just got a notice that my account was limited and I can't use it no more. Is there a way to possibly resolve it, and what will happen to the open cases? My account got limited as I didn't have my legal name for my paypal.

sometimes you need to verify it as put in your name on paypal and it gets unlimited

I got a message saying that I won't be able to use paypal because I used a nickname instead of my legal name would I be able to negotiate with paypal to change their minds?

Yes make a support ticket about changing your name and just say "You didn't know"

Alright I already did that as soon as I found out. Do you know what might happen to my case?

You would have to provide:
- Picture of Passport
- Proof of your address
- Bill of housing'water.
- Add your credit/bank account.

If you fail to do so, your account will stay limited.


For the disputes:
- Respond to them.
- Try to add as much detail as possible (fax paypal, etc.)

If you fail to do so, the money will be removed from your account or you will go in the negative and that money will be deducted form your cc / bank (if there's one added).

I opened the dispute against someone as I paid them, so if I lose no money will be deducted correct?
But the seller hasn't responded to any of the cases.
