Okay - So what I've been suggested even if I consider this:

- Fiduciary Liability, Errors and Omissions, and Director’s and Officer’s Liability Insurance
- Registered in EU or UK
- Online Based
- Easy withdrawls (instead of the current bullshit process with PayPal).

I agree, I got a possible nice deal with another user Skrill -> Crypto, but the issue is that I am not sure if I can do that deal because of all my problems with skrill; it won't even let me withdraw it to my bank, it just reverses it. So make it easy to withdraw and not 100 limitations and I will use it 100% lol

A little far-fetched idea. What would happen if someone was to chargeback via their bank? Would you have enough to compensate the business for the damages? How high would the transaction fees be? Is there some sort of coverage for customers or enterprises using it? How easy would the process be? There are hundreds of questions I'd personally need to ask before switching from a reliable yet non-efficient source to a less reliable yet more efficient one.

I have one word for that entire thing -- Insurance. (keep in mind this is only a rough draft) Personal accounts get basic chargeback protection and we'll fight the chargeback if they're completely certain that nothing wrong was done. Of course, I need to sit down and specifically think about this before even considering making this a viable option.

I definitely agree with this lmao. PayPal is just so painful in many ways but at the same time it's also one of the best solutions for payment processing... I definitely see a gap in the market for this idea and I think a lot of people would be interested in it!

Not if it's made by an MCM user. No way someone can get a banking license here. Even if, can't trust a soul in here.

If it were made by a legitimate bank or investment fund of some sort, with a European outlet or base of operations, sure thing.

I would first recommend getting your account re- enabled before attempting this but I think this is a bit far fetched and there are many issues one would have to under take

you do this, and you can easily expect fraud payments, chargeback abuse, 24/7 complaints and to have a huge budget to even consider doing this.

I would only use it if, it was popular and accepted on sites. Other than that it would be pointless since you have to go around looking to see if anyone has it. PayPal is huge, its everywhere and I think that is the only reason why people are still hanging on to it.
