Hello,
So a friend recently explained an anti-chargeback method for PayPal and I've used it in a couple of deals afterwards and it works well. (I don't take any credit for this)
The method is as follows:
1) Buyer pays the seller using "Gifts and services" (yes there will be a fee on the sellers end but it's better than being chargebacked on, if you're really petty you can get the buyer to cover the fees), using PayPal balance (this is a must) or the buyer can chargeback via their bank.
2) Buyer "Report's a problem" about the payment.
3) Buyer selects any of the four reasons (preferably "I received an item that wasn't as described")
4) Buyer fills in this page:
Any options can be chosen as the dispute will be cancelled anyway shortly. (In the "Provide additional information" anything can be written too)
5) Buyer goes to the "Resolution Centre", finds the chargeback and where it says "Mark this problem as resolved" to cancel the chargeback/dispute. Make sure not to escalate it to PayPal as you can no longer cancel it.
6)As you can see there is no longer an option to "Report a problem"
The funds will be pending for a few minutes on the sellers end but that should clear shortly.
And you're done. Don't get chargeback scammed via paypal again.
Lmk if you find any issues or if I've been retarded at any point xoxo
