Hello,

I need to decide what PayPal account type I need,

I take in a fair bit of money via PayPal and make a load of transactions by it too.

I live in the UK and lots of my transactions are in USD, so please take that into account,

Also what account is more susceptible to being PayPal limited?

Thanks!

I use a personal one and I've verified it. So far i received 300-400 USD in the last 6 months and my PayPal has never been limited. I'm also British :)

Any account is susceptible to being limited if you break the paypal TOS.
My personal advice is to stick with a personal account, but (assuming you're 18) get it fully verified.
If you're not 18 yet, stick with a personal account still but don't fully verify it. You'll have a receiving limit of $2500 or so per year, after that it needs to be verified.
Once an account is completely verified, they will only limit your account if you:
  • break their ToS
  • behave very suspiciously (many deals with people later discovered to be criminals)
  • charge back too much
  • turn out to not be 18+ (false ID used during verification? idk)

Thanks for the insight everyone, I downgraded to a premier account :)
