Smart 15 year old talking about taxes... By using G&S you're not paying taxes by any means, you are just paying a fee to Paypal.
I do pay taxes as I am employed by a company making minimum wage. By paying with F&F to avoid the tax on G&S that is evading a tax which is tax evasion....[DOUBLEPOST=1524975965][/DOUBLEPOST]
They usually ask for ID verification, if they do, you'll need to be over 18.

You must've gotten lucky :)
I've personally called them hundreds of times within the 5 years of having a paypal, never one issue.

This is untrue. Using F&F does not make you exempt from income tax, and using G&S does not imply that tax must be paid. Income is income.

An important thing to note is that to my knowledge the IRS is not able to view your Paypal records, however, recently the CRA won a court battle that essentially makes Paypal handover information of all Canadian business accounts. This sort of thing may be coming to other countries for people concerned about taxes.

The fact I pay taxes and the paypal thing are completely separate. I just said the thing about me paying taxes because people were saying I didn't know what I was talking about.

Can you explain what you meant by
If you evade a tax by any company or service you are evading a tax which is tax evasion, if you have to pay a tax to use somthing and you aren't pay that it is tax evasion.

I think you're confusing tax evasion and fraud. Additionally, there is no fraudulent behaviour in using friends and family payments rather than goods and services.

Yeah I'm pretty sure there's no fraudulent activity occurring if you choose to pay with F&F. From my knowledge, the only reason that PayPal has G&S is to incorporate a buyer protection service that is not available when you pay friends or family. So, in other words, you're evading no "tax" and you're not committing any "fraud." You simply use which ever is applicable to your circumstance. I personally will use G&S when I feel the need to have protection and if not then I just use F&F.. that's what it was designed for.

No need to flex your tax knowledge doe

Must just be me, every time I've phoned them with an unverified paypal, like 3 times. I've had to show and provide ID.

Can't believe this is just me... Literally if anyone makes a single fraudulent payment through stripe you're done. They locked my account and they simply don't respond to support emails. Money just stays in the account and I never got to pay it out. And it's not like I was doing anything wrong and the entire sum of the money was fraudulent. Only a single payment out of the many was.
Same thing actually happend to a server I was working for as a financial manager, we got a lot of payments through minecraft market and this one kid thought it was a good idea to chargeback, when he did that he made are account on stripe limited and support would never respond. Since then I have never used minecraft market or stripe because of these issues.

You can think it's funny all you want but I'm not the type of person to get mad at you. I didn't do anything to you so why do you need to be a jerk to me? Peace love and positivity man.
