There have been 2 other giveaways where they don't announce the winner (they say they want to remain "anonymous" because they never gave it to anyone) and they've gotten banned.

Fake giveaway. Asked EnumJava for proof over Skype, however he failed to provide me with screenshots of chatlogs (Instead, he added the person he "says" he paid it to, to a Skype chat, paired with a screenshot of his PayPal. Both can easily be faked).
