PayPal Chargeback Help

Hello,

I have received seven chargebacks from a user for purchases made on our server store amounting to $212 USD. All the chargebacks were declared under 'Unauthorized Access'. Does anyone have any tips on how I can win these cases, and what information should I provide in the response to PayPal?

For the category the dispute was filed on, really not much you can do either than wait it out =/

If you have their IP, add that, add the e-mail and just any useful information to prove that the user is the one who made the transaction.

9/10 times PayPal will grant an unauth chargeback.

Your job is to submit all relevant information to the transaction - IP and identified information such as addresses etc.

There isn't much you can do.
