Anyone good at these or know how to? I hear calling them is a good way, but what should I explain to them? In summary, I sent a lot of money ($350) in F&F, and got scammed

You can't, You sent the money friends and family, The only thing you can say and it would maybe work is that if you say it wasn't you who paid but even if you say that, They will check ips and if they caught you, You will lose paypal trust which is a horrible thing

Damnit. Can't you call them on the phone and make up something though? Like say say someone used my personal PC, while a party was occuring and I was outside taking care of someone who causing a disturbance, when I came in, I found 3 people huddled around my PC, but quickly closed the page, I didn't think nothing of it. Then when I check my paypal it says that I sent the money to an unknown email address and basically improvise on their questions and not act sus

You could definitely try, but it would only work over a phone call. The only definite way to charge back is to claim an unauthorized purchase through your credit card company. If you paid with PP balance you have a solid 3% chance of winning...

Well I paid with my balance and I called them and it's looking in my favor and the paypal dude opened an authorized payment file case or whatever. I got a chill guy and told him that story with some add ons and removed some things and explained a few things. He said it should it take 2-5 days.

anything is possible!

Best of luck! If it works for you, it'll be in my book of self-defense tactics for the future :D
