Easy, I called customer support and they did not do much the first two times, I called again, they looked into it, I gave them a little bit of proof, and I won all the cases. You just have to keep trying, again you will get your money if you are legit. Here's some proof:

There's a $20 charge back fee. Careful. If he charges $7 back then you'll be out $27 actually.
You can call paypal and have them remove it though. It's just a penalty type thing.

Send money to an alt account, spend it on a new Amazon setup, back charge from the original account, alt account goes into negative, items arrive from Amazon, enjoy.

Actually I haven't had a chargeback in two years it could have changed. That would be awesome if it did.
