The problem with using F&F is that paypal will eventually get suspicious. They dont make any profit from you sending F&F money, so if they suspect you're using F&F to do business, they'll shut you down. Its highly unlikely under the $500 negative balance. Above the $1000 it might become likely, and above $5000 it's pretty much definite.
