First off, merry Christmas to whoever reads this.

Second, What the title says.
I replaced my cash app card since I lost my old one and paypal charged me twice (causing a mere loss of $60 on Christmas Day.. yay me.) and now I'm into the negative by $30. I'm not asking for a loan but more of advice as when I checked my CA statements (via export), the original charge was dropped but under the app itself, the second charge was still there... I'm unsure as to what to fully do because:
A: it's Christmas.. people are closed today.
B: the first charge disappeared from my bank statements (will show in a few, gotta hide some important stuff)
I contacted both paypal & CA support but to no avail have I gotten a response yet (expected)

I would call PayPal in a few days they will "PROB" fix it for you

Knowing PayPal they will do anything to screw users!

That is indeed true, only thing is that I don't want to wait a month for them to "refund" as I'm not trying to get my account closed on cash app

I had a similar issue a few months ago.

I had a subscription for something and when I removed my card the PayPal was still linked and it took -70$ (I don't usually keep my money on paypal)

I called them & told them what happen they issued a refund after 2-3 days
