Well i would just ditch it, when i was a kid i made heaps of money from servers yet my accounts wernt verified, they got limited, one of them went into like -300, i just ditched it... you should be fine, lol.. i mean its not that much money to keep it. and pay it back lol.. its annoying creating paypals.
I ditched my -$270 one and just paid it off a while ago. Had my real info on it so each one I made after that got limited.

Also ips. If you slip up once on the vpn, Then they will limit your shit

I'd probably just give up on that idea while it's still just an idea ;)

It sucks, nobody want's to pay a debt, but...
It's the mature, responsible thing to do, and in a world of technology, and internet, and online goods, I'd rather have PayPal on my side, than against me.

PayPal will hunt you and your family down until you pay off the debt

$47 isn't that much compared to some people here. If I were you I'd try to pay off the debt as soon as you can and in any way you can (legal stuff of course). Or if you're really desperate ask for a loan from someone you know here.

100% pay it. My account had $-112 and they sent an agency known as the government to me, I just denied it all but they said even if you have never seen this account ever you are still liable... It'll all catch up one day. It can even appear on credit ratings in years, for example; one day when you apply for a home lone you will be either forced to pay or denied...

Have fun

I owe paypal upwards of $3,000 from disputes that happened 2+ years ago.
They sent collections notices to me, emails, threats etc...

Nothing ever actually happened... and i still haven't paid.
I'm not behind bars ^.^
imagine if a cop who played minecraft came on mc-market xD
