PayPal F&F / WellsFargo Chargeback?

Anyone know how I can get my $50 back? Got scammed by a guy with 47 positive rep and 0 negative :/ I sent a $50 payment on PayPal friends and family using a WellsFargo credit card. If anyone also knows how I can get rid of the negative rep he left me (he’s banned) that would be helpful. Thanks
