Hey.

I've been scammed via F&F and wondering on ways how to get it back.

It was off my phone so maybe I could say I lost my phone in a shopping centre and came back and it was sent?

Any ideas or advice will help

Can't chargeback via F&F, if paid with a bank account, contact the bank, you may win that way.

Tell them you will report them at http://www.actionfraud.police.uk/ that might change their mind. If not, just report them and police will do their job.
