Is it possible to get your money back when you send it through f&f?

Some guy opened a dispute to me but he send it through f&f

Just call PayPal and they'll dispute it for you, you don't need to worry about chargebacks if you just let them know and you can take the steps they tell you accordingly.

Unauthorized means someone took control of his paypal and sent money. Unlikely unless they used a VPN
