I need some new never before heard of ideas for my skyblock server.

i had an idea ages ago to mix hcf and skyblock.. so you can pvp at like peoples island warps, and if they die too much, then they go "raidable" and anyone can break anything.

So basically SkyWars or factions, not a fan

This isn't just for a skyblock server, but credit card banking. Users can loan out a certain amount of money to a banker, if they do not pay a (confirmed) due date (This could be in hours, days, and maybe weeks), they could be banned/punished from using the server shop for 'X' amount of days.

Maybe you can have a Purge were raiding and griefing is allowed, that would be interesting. It would definitely add another dynamic to your server, it would almost be like factions. If you do this, make sure that there is a system in place for players to protect valuables to their expensive crate keys and spawners don't get stolen.
