If I'm buying a ranked account, and the seller is willing to go first AND let me use paypal goods and services, and he later pulls the account with the transaction id, how easy would it be for me to chargeback and get a refund?

How would I do this aswell?

Tbh normally you're just able to go to the transaction and report a problem, works fine for me

setup a ToS where you have him agree that you keep access to the account and if he does pull it back you have permission to chargeback. If he then pulls the account back open a dispute with paypal and attach a file of him agreeing to your ToS. also make sure he confirms it is him

Just state you bought an irl product, didn't receive it and want a tracking code.
Works every time.

Okay, maybe not every time, but has worked for a lot of things in the past.

Or if you want to go the legit way, contact PayPal support (call them) and explain the situation, you have a lot more chance of it being decided in your favor if you talk directly to their support instead of via a dispute/chargeback as for some reason they tend to just not even read what you say (happened to me in most cases when it's anything MC related).

setup a ToS where you have him agree that you keep access to the account and if he does pull it back you have permission to chargeback. If he then pulls the account back open a dispute with paypal and attach a file of him agreeing to your ToS. also make sure he confirms it is him

I paid, but it takes 3 - 5 days for the money to come in his account for this G&S transaction, so he is asking me to confirm the receipt.

By confirming the receipt, he will receive the money, but it seems I might not be able to use buyer protection.

He says that he has lost the TID and he has given me the original email I believe (although he deleted all emails before giving it to me) He is very persistent in getting me to click confirm.

Not sure what I should do in this situation, advice please ;3

Maybe I'm being rather picky, or something of the sorts. But I sold him an account appraised at $200+ for $75. I sold it because I was recently kicked out of my house and well, I needed the money fast. The entire purpose in selling him the account for so cheap was the fact that I needed the money quick. He says all this stuff, that I need to go first. I go first, I give him access to the original email and everything. There's 0 way for me to pull the account. He then states he will only pay through goods and services, okay. I agreed said it was no big deal, I suppose. (Although it took $4 out of my payment.) I then get the payment after everything is transferred and without his feedback, it would take 5 days for the money to come through. So he now has access to the account, full access and instead of marking the order as complete, he states he is worried about me scamming him? Even though there's 0 way for me to pull the account, no matter what. The OG email is his, fully. He states that he KNOWS I won't/can't pull it and instead of marking the order as complete on PayPal, he says, "I'll wait 5 days until the money comes in" like what the heck? The entire purpose of selling him this account so cheap was that I needed the money, fast. Had I known I needed to wait 5 days, or that he was going to continue to ask for things that aren't needed or possible, I wouldn't have sold to him. I tell him that this is insane, I don't want to wait 5 days for $75. I could wait 5 days and sell the account for more, he then goes unresponsive. Refuses to answer me on discord. I offer him a full refund. (And I don't even have the money, it would come from my POCKET) for the account back. Instead of being a reasonable human, he stops answering my messages. So here I am, writing this, to let you understand that he isn't worth the time or trouble. WAIT FOR ANOTHER BUYER. He is difficult asf to work with, isn't willing to take any risk at all, even though I went first. I paid a fee, I sold for way less than it was worth and regardless, he wasn't willing to help anyone out. Terrible terrible terrible. You might want to tell the entire story and not mend it to make me seem like a scammer. I went first, I stated to you that I was okay with going first. I stated to you that I was okay with goods and services. I was not okay with waiting 5 days. I also have contacted you again and again and again, saying I will refund your money (from my pocket) for the account back and you refuse to answer.

He also failed to mention I've beyond proved it's the original email. I sent him emails from a year ago, screen shots. Granted I did delete the emails, because some of it wasn't his business. Secondly, he also hasn't mentioned that I have 0 way to get the account back. It can't be pulled and he has admitted this. No, you aren't. I've been through this process before. It literally says that once you accept, "you may no longer be able to raise a dispute against this order".

Pretty sure it lets you chargeback still.
Hey, maybe my chargeback was different, but based off that screenshot and personal experience, I'm fairly confident that you can only chargeback once IF you confirm that you received the order. If you come to a different conclusion, it may be different.
