You cant send money via email only bank accnt, which is loads of work.

You can make another PayPal only if its a business account.

You can have one personal account, and one business account.

If an account becomes permanently limited, you're allowed to make a new one regardless. Paypal found out I was 15 when I made my first one, and thats now perma limited. They literally told me to make a new one.

You cant create a PayPal account under 18 can you?

I created my paypal when I was 14 in 2009 so you can create a paypal with a young age, but they can't control it unless they lock the account and request IRL informations.

You should be able to get the funds back in 180 days from when the account was limited.

Yep, In 180 days, who knows where Minecraft will be... By then they may add who knows what.
