Paypal Help - new account - old account limited - need advice!!

OK ,
So my main got limited.
after that I assumed the Ip was limiting multi accounts, when in fact it was the card.

So I now have an account, but I am now reading that eventually, and most probably soon, my 2 new PayPal accounts will get limited for not having cards on them.

Basic info
The accounts are under fake names and addresses
legit phone number on them and that has been verified,
I can't add any of my cards or my mums, as they were on the limited account.
My brother did get limited, cause of "being linked with me"
but he emailed them and there was no problem.
My sister didn't even get limited.

Even under fake names and address,
can I use either of my sister or brothers cards on my accounts?

What are the best things to do with my 2 new business accounts?
the more advice the better,
as in 1 months time I don't want to have $100 in my account, offering servers,
but can't pay for the hardware or collect money from clients.
what should I do?

Paypal limited first one of mine even though it had legitiament information just set up a new paypal fast add the card sent the payment then remove the card that's what I do.

and well, it sounds like PayPal has nothing better to do than look at the accounts.
Could I add a card which is at a different address and name?
I'm getting $10 next week, and well, have nowhere to put it.

I would recommend staying away from that. If it is prepaid, you can easily change the card info to match your account online.

How would you change the name on the card? Is that what you mean?

How to avoid all problems with PayPal:
Be 18 (as per their ToS). Use genuine information. Don't do anything illegal.
