I opened a PayPal account for myself (personal) to use to spend money for my server, etc. I spent around 35 dollars worth of dollars on goods (bought invention a rank upgrade / keys) and more.
I was able to buy on Tuesday (when I opened the account), but then I made three separate payments (3.5 dollars, 11.5 dollars, 20 dollars--converted to 17 euros for the other person). After that I couldn't make another payment.
I have:
Phone number confirmed
Card linked and re-linked (Debit--shows up as Visa on PayPal)
Email confirmed
If I try to use PayPal to check out from a website and / or pay / send money to others, it says:
We can’t send your payment right now. If you keep running into this issue, please contact PayPal.
And I know how much of a struggle PayPal support is from what I heard.
This issue has been going on for 48 hours now and it's very frustrating how PayPal gives me 0 explanation as to why this is happening. If you think you have any idea, either leave solutions in this thread, or DM me.
I don't want to see a bunch of help forum links because trust me I've gone through a shit ton of those already, just give me methods or solutions.
Whoever finds the solution, and that means don't link me useless help articles on PayPal forums, will possibly receive some money for it, don't expect a lot. I can't give a set price, but if you have morals, you'd be down to help me out here for free. However, since I know people here only do stuff for money, we can possibly discuss money once I can actually send money on PayPal again.
