PayPal Help - Possibly offering money

I opened a PayPal account for myself (personal) to use to spend money for my server, etc. I spent around 35 dollars worth of dollars on goods (bought invention a rank upgrade / keys) and more.

I was able to buy on Tuesday (when I opened the account), but then I made three separate payments (3.5 dollars, 11.5 dollars, 20 dollars--converted to 17 euros for the other person). After that I couldn't make another payment.

I have:
Phone number confirmed
Card linked and re-linked (Debit--shows up as Visa on PayPal)
Email confirmed


If I try to use PayPal to check out from a website and / or pay / send money to others, it says:

We can’t send your payment right now. If you keep running into this issue, please contact PayPal.

And I know how much of a struggle PayPal support is from what I heard.

This issue has been going on for 48 hours now and it's very frustrating how PayPal gives me 0 explanation as to why this is happening. If you think you have any idea, either leave solutions in this thread, or DM me.

I don't want to see a bunch of help forum links because trust me I've gone through a shit ton of those already, just give me methods or solutions.

Whoever finds the solution, and that means don't link me useless help articles on PayPal forums, will possibly receive some money for it, don't expect a lot. I can't give a set price, but if you have morals, you'd be down to help me out here for free. However, since I know people here only do stuff for money, we can possibly discuss money once I can actually send money on PayPal again.

I AM NOT LIMITED, at least I didn't get an Email about it.

I'll wait 8 hours to reply to anyone here and possibly contact people who replied to this thread, I'll call this a night for now and respond and check every reply in the morning.

I need the issue solved quickly within a couple days, i have a debit card added to my account and stuff. Should I call PayPal?
Wait a day or two and your limits will reset
Ok guys, your account is a form of limited. It usually ends within 28 days but it's often quicker. It's when you get a new PayPal and you're sending large payments, or you have a fake address (sometimes they detect that and other times they ignore it). They don't limit your account. If you verify you CC or DC it should prevent it from happening in future. This happened to me. I'm underage for PayPal so I waited it out. One of my accounts got limited but the next day I could use it again. No emails saying it was unlimited. I've had the same problem as you stated with a friend. He asked me for help but generally it goes away. They didn't ask for additional information did they? They just do these checks to prevent fraud.[DOUBLEPOST=1504250538][/DOUBLEPOST]

Callig customer service takes ages, but I agree. If they refuse at the start then just be an annoying customer. The IP has almost nothing to do with it. I know because my Mom, Dad, Brother and me all use the same IP and we use public wifi. If your account has been charged back and you have a negative balance, and you don't sort it out it's ok, but if you keep sending F&F payments to the same IP, as well as other factors e.g. Address, they'll ban you and you can't use anything currently linked to your accounts.
What I experienced (when I first started using PayPal) was that for the first few weeks (or even months), weird locks and limits are placed on your account. After you surpass some artificial boundary ($ received, $ sent, time spent, don't know really), all locks and limits are revoked and you have full control. When I started using PayPal, I could barely send someone $20, whereas today I can send someone $4000 and PayPal wouldn't even blink an eye.

Just wait a while and keep at it is my advice.
Hey there mate. I had this exact same problem. I have three paypal accounts. One for my server, one for my personal use and one for my other business use. They constantly get locked and such as paypal recognises my IP logging into multiple accounts. I had that exact same error message. I waited a few days and I was able to send money again. THEN, it happened again. The fastest way is to contact PayPal customer support and tell them your problem and the error. Then and there they will be able to unlock your account and hopefully wont come across this issue again
What I learned from my experience is if you have more then 1 Paypal account they get confused and sometimes lock the account, even if you didnt do this I would call paypal.

Calling PayPal is really the only way to fix this.

I called PayPal:
They said:
Make an account with a real name and credit card info but I'm not sure if I wanna give that info out to people online. I did it and still couldn't send money.
They also said wait for like 2 days and try sending money again and I'm trying again tomorrow.

Does everyone here have their real full name for PayPal?
