US peopel are ok to. As provided in the thread you can add a US account to.

just some notice if other people link there bank account to your account they cant remove it or if they can remove they cant link it to there account anymore or link it to other account because paypal will not allowed it

Some peopel have more then one after that they can close the account so this is possible.

Nobody is going to do this as they'd have to link their card to your account meaning you could easily steal their card and do whatever you want with it lol

hey dude is there your real detail on acc? if yes. just call paypal customer service then tell them if you are new to the internet, and do not understand how to create a good account. after that explain your detail to CS. use your Bank acc from your country, give what they requested so they will release the money to yor bank and your account will be verified. I hope this will help you out.
