Everytime I sent a payment via Family and Friends, Paypal reviews my payments (so the money stays in pending for 24 hours). Why does this happen? This only happened like last week.

Are you in USA?

Try verifying your PayPal account, here's a guide.

Verify yourself on PayPal. So that means if you're in the USA providing your SS# & phone. Also would probably have to get a bank connected unless you already have one attached.
