So my paypal account was limited a while back and it had $1,756 in it and I could not get the limits off of it so I just left it but now I am poor as fuck and I would like to try to get the account back so does anyone have any ideas it off everything is limited I cant do anything besides change info

Some limitations are temporary. Check the email PayPal sent you. If it's temporary, they might ask for proof of your identity or something. For me, I had to show proof of my 'business' that I registered with, which at the time was my server. Got unlimited after linking them to the website.
For permanent limitations, you'll get the money back in 180 days via bank deposit.
