if someone charged back on me and the funds have left my acc but in my activity it says +240 usd pending on hold even tho im sure that was the trans and user that charged back on me what does this mean

if it's on hold the person payed you via Goods and Services. Paypal does a 21 day hold on those kind of payments that's why people ask for via friends and family to get the funds instantly.

if it's a chargeback, then it won't appear as pending. Instead it would subtract the amount of money that you had, and then would open a case somewhere ( i forgot where )

I've tried this in is January ish. I waited a few weeks and got it back

It shouldn't be in minuses, but it may just be a small blip. If it doesn't fix in a day or two, give them a call.
