i was trying to purchase premium on the mc market , but my paypal says
"Sorry, we can’t complete your purchase at this time
Please return to the merchant and choose another way to pay."
Anyone knows the solution?

Wait 72 hours and pay. PayPal has a horrible security system but it should reset in 72 hours. Just don't login or touch your PayPal for that amount of time.

Yeah it happened to me and it was very annoying. I had to pay a user quickly for an account, and had to wait.

yea usually happens if you spend too much or do something that's out of the ordinary
