So, I don't own a credit card or anything but want to set up a PayPal and be able to accept money but it doesn't work. Does anyone know any other ways around this?

See that's not how PayPal works. When you get money you do need to put it 'somewhere' it doesn't just sit in PayPal and they need to verify you to prevent fraud. Sorry but there's no way around this

They don't check at Greece so you can use Paypal without any verification.

There are people who aren't 18 yet and can't verify their Paypal completely, and what if you have multiple Paypals, I don't believe you can use the same bank for multiple accounts.
Get a mini bank account then. You don’t have to be 18, (in England atleast).
Paypal requests a picture of your ID, that's what I mean with the age problem.

I'm having the same issue as you. Whereas they force me to put in my personal information otherwise I can't get my money. I've lost over $200 because of this. I'm never using paypal again.
