PayPal help

Hey, So I was wondering, is it possible for someone to chargeback a payment from a limited PayPal account? I don't think my account is limited, but it's asking me to link my bank in order to access my funds so IDK if I can send money or not.

Personally I wouldn't suggest adding a bank because if they completely limit your paypal account with your bank added to it, you will never be able to link your bank to a new paypal account ever again...

PayPal can often be a big bitch about these kind of things :/

Do you know a way I can remove money from my account so I can close it? I don't want to link my bank and I don't know if I can send money.

If you really don't want to add your bank and there is really no other way.
I would suggest selling the paypal account.

so for example if you have 100$ on it you can maybe sell it for like $60-$80, I know you will lose quite some money but it does work if you've got no other option.
