PayPal help

I made a new PayPal, and I tried to add my card to it. It says a card was already was connected to my other PayPal, so I removed the card from the other PayPal. For some reason, it is still saying my PayPal was linked to another account.

Could anyone help?

Yeah, had this issue too. You have to wait close to two weeks before linking it again. It needs to get out of their system. Another way, is to try calling them.

If you keep trying to add cards, I'm pretty sure it temporarily disables your ability to link cards.

wasn't there some kind of website that made it possible for you to add your CC and then you could pay with a different CC which was connected to your own CC?

He's talking about privacy, or another burner card site. However, PayPal probably won't work with a lot of those sites.
