PayPal help!!!!!

Hello, I am 15 years old and I sold my server ages ago for $600, I used the money and after I used the money... I decide to finish with the account and I close it. The guy gives me the server back and decides to chargeback the money... So okay.. I got my server back but now I am negative $600 and am now getting calls from PayPal (I have yet to answer) they left a voicemail saying they need to speak to me. I am from the uk and I don't know what to do... Please help me, thanks!

He should just work, that's what i think. But he might get locked up. Paypal could sue but his story seems convincing, he needs the right attorney and lawyers. And by a sliver of a chance god will be good to him

I've dealt with this kind of problem before. I'm guessing you'll get a letter through the post saying that you need to pay $X somehow or another. The longer you wait, the more you'll have to pay. Correct me if I'm wrong.

They won't sue me... I am also a minor (under the uk law) so I can't actually get into debt, it would probably go down to my parents but I'm not gonna let that happen, if I have to sell all my stuff to get the money I will. Just need to make sure PayPal don't find out my age otherwise people will be knocking st the door for my parents.

Why do you mean by screwed? As I said nothing can happen to me over debt stuff, I won't get arrested for it as if it was that bad PayPal would make it harder for under 18's to get PayPal in the first place and they won't take a 15 year old to court for $600 because that's just stupid. They will send bailiffs to my door and get try getting the money that way

lol for everyone saying that you're going to go to jail, I promise you're not, secondly Paypal won't sue someone over $600. They'll end up loosing more money if they were to sue you for it. Remember that it costs money to set a date, book a court etc. They'll most likely keep attempting to contact you and or eventually knock on your door. I'd suggest calling them and being honest, tell them exactly what happened and lie about your age. If you're too scared to do that, ask your parents and tell them what happened. You could also tell PayPal, that you'll arrange for the money by a certain date.

A lawyer and court costs would be way more than 600$ they would loose even more money. They will probably lock his account.

They will probably sell it to a debt collection agency and they will send bailiffs to my door etc
