paypal is giving me a debit card without asking?

So paypal decided they would like to give me a debit card without even asking, I am confused as to why (possibly because I have a business account?)... But it's weird, because I am 14 and somehow they are still sending me one without even knowing my age practically. (I didn't provide a drivers license or anything of that sort).

Hello, I have bounced this information to my cousin which is a PayPal Staff Member and he said that this happens if you create a business account and the paypal system notices you don't have a PrePaid MasterCard from Paypal. They have decided that you could use one and have set it up as a second payment option for paypal.
