yep. I personally recommend to use invoices for particularly large sums. you may pay a bit more, but charging back becomes one hell of a lot harder for them, especially if you include a proper ToS in the invoice.Lying to PayPal is the worst thing you can do. 9/10 times I did this, they obviously found out (you'd be surprised at the technology they have). Personally, I only deal with their Goods & Services payment option unless I have dealt with the seller before, and the deal isn't a large amount of money.
Then, if there's an issue, not only can PayPal help you, but you can report the scam to your local consumer protections agency!
