PayPal Issue [HELP]

Alright listen,

I was scammed of off Harrison 400GBP and it says I should be refunded;

My problem is when I go to the resolution center PayPal said they will resolve my case until 24.10.2019 and then they just extended it to 30.10.2019, then again, to 31.10.2019, now it's at 1.11.2019

I'm getting really worried now, I sent them an email and they still haven't responded but they said they reply in 24h...

I'm worried because each day they just keep extending the estimated case solution which is really pissing me off right now...

What is the best thing to do here in this situation

Theres nothing much you can do but wait. Harrison probably withdrew all the money from his paypal or something similar, which would make it hard for paypal to get the money back to you

Like Clown said before your best bet is to call paypal and resolve it that way. Same thing happened to me where I was scammed 750 and the chargeback resolution date would just keep extending. Calling them and resolving the situation directly got me my money back in 24h.

PayPal, is probably verifying the chargeback/refund procedure.

Since he is facing multiple chargebacks they would need to contact his financial institution for the payments, if a user faces multiple high profile chargebacks, it will be scheduled to be handled by a person and not the automated system.

He stole over $1000 no way he kept it all in his PayPal. Just call PayPal, honestly, your best bet.

I think they only have a UK and US number. Other than that I don't think you can call them unless you do an international call which might cost you a bit.
