PayPal Issue - Please Help!

So I recently just started selling on here again and it seems PayPal is still its normal self. Every time someone purchases a resource that I have posted, PayPal will mark the payment as pending and "Must be shipped". We all know this is virtual and I cannot provide tracking numbers for virtual items. This is stopping the users from accessing the download of my resource which puts a bad look on me and I get messages from them accusing me of scamming. How do I stop PayPal from doing this?

If you're new to selling anything outside of ebay, paypal enforces specific requirements for you. Until you pass these requirements you'll need to wait 21 days for the money to become available. Alternatively, you can ask your buyer to go into your transaction details and have them hit "Confirm Receipt" -- This will make it so that funds are available to you. Off the top of my hear, the requirements to receive goods and service payments are:

• Wait 60 days from your first G&S payment
• Receive $150 worth of G&S payments. Everytime you get a chargeback or dispute, this resets -- this is only until you have met all the requirements
• One more thing escaping my mind (Something about having your account for a specific amount of time)

This wouldn't make a difference. Assuming you're referring to verification, that isn't the issue.

I had the same problem with my paypal when I converted it over to a business account, once I linked my bank account the problem was resolved after paypal did a quick $1 transaction check.

Paypal marks it a payment completed so they will have already received the resource just because its on hold in your balance.

Could you please screenshot the transaction for me while blurring out any personal info? If you wouldn't like to do this, thats fine but it could be crucial to resolving this issue.

That is the issue I was referring to above but it appears I was wrong about them being able to get their resource regardless. You need to tell each buyer to go to their transaction details and hit "confirm shipment" or sometimes "Confirm receipt". I can provide a gif of doing this so you know what I'm talking about. I also recommend putting specific instructions in your resource alerting people of this issue and show them how to combat it.

I agree with Masons Monarch, PayPal is seeing this as a new seller and you would need to build up some "reputation" Waiting is the only way to fix it.

Yes. And just as extra, each time a purchase is made directly contact them with a prewritten paragraph alerting them of what to do.

That is another issue when they purchase it, I have no idea who it was unless they contact me themselves.

It should say pending in the seller dashboard but sadly it doesn't alert you when if the payment is pending. Would you like me to provide a link to where you can see this?
