PayPal Issue/Question.

So I logged onto my PayPal today like any other day and I see this in the bell icon:

Not sure what it means but it whats my SSN, real name, etc.
I got a few questions and I don't know where to start:
Can I ignore it?
How long do I have till my PayPal is locked or limited?
Should I remove all cards/bank accounts before I delete it?
Should I put in a parents information or delete this account and buy an account off someone else that is verified or something (Also is that safe or just a horrible idea? If so, what else do you recommend)?

Note: I have about 8 pending purchases which I need to verify my bank account to do so I will have money in my account.

Edit: I just got the money and verified my bank account and just transferred it though it will take 1 business day.

1. if you registered your paypal under your name (assuming you are under 18) youre fucked if they want that
2. im not sure if you can ignore it
3. not sure ive never had this happen
4. recommended, because your info gets locked with the account and you cant register with that info again
5. i got away with saying that it is my moms paypal but me, a guy under 18, uses it to make digital payments. I think i only got away with that because my mom controls my bank account and her card too but idk. Also transferring it to a business account helps. i wouldnt recommended buying "verified" paypals online

if ur waiting 1 business day until the $ gets transferred then dont worry, they just check for malicious type shit and assuming youre not participating in some sketchy minecraft l33t black fedora cicada spooky ass type shit ur ok

If I remember correctly, it is literally what it says. It just disallows you to use your balance directly. I'm currently not able to use my paypal balance because I didn't verify certain information, and I'm not experiencing any particular issues.
