I've had my PayPal for over a week now and have everything set up except for adding a card, how come it doesn't allow me to make purchases? This is really stressing me out.

Im not sure if you need a card to send money,but if it isn't that,maybe paypal did something to your ip? Again,not sure,just throwing out suggestions.
