PayPal Issue

Whenever I open my PayPal, it goes from this -> to this (I click Keep it in Paypal) -> then scroll all the way back down to the ToS and hit agree & continue, and finally to -> this. It's really irritating and was wondering how you can bypass it without showing any of these. Thank you.

P.S. I can't provide them anyways even if I could or wanted to just want to know how I can avoid or bypass this(I'm willing to fake it lol) Thanks again.

You can't bypass it. You need to verify it. That's why the unverified US accounts suck.

You dont have to verifiy it you can have it sent straight to your bank account if you have one linked.

I dont have a bank account I just send and receive thru my Paypal Acct.

I've had my paypal account since I was 16. All I did was link a debit card and it would send all my money straight to my bank. You don't need to send proof after you link a debit card.

You can try adding it, but I don't think so. Its either got to be a visa debit, or mastercard debit.
