So I started my first deal on the site with the user Neil. I sent them $140 USD (converted to (₱7,062.28 PHP) because they're Filipino. I screenshared that I had funds and sent via PayPal f/f (friend & family) and got both the confirmation on the PayPal site with the confirmation email, but the user said they didn't receive the money. Does anyone know if the process could take more than 24+ hours?
They also posted a thread here;

Basically states that they didn't receive another persons' payment due to not having a verified card or bank linked to their PayPal.
They want me to wait a week until they can resolve their issue and give me the item that they were going to sell me.
