PayPal limitation help

Hey guys, since I'm on vacation, and just sold an account I have a bit of a problem.

I forgot to use my hotspot instead of the wifi and my PayPal is limited, which would be fine since I could just unlimit it, but I used a prepaid card as the credit card, which I cannot find the number for, nor do I even think I could get the statement for.

I was wondering if there are any ways of unlimiting an account without completing all of the steps.
