PayPal Limited Account - Getting Funds Out

Are any of you aware of the best way to get my funds out of a limited account before the 180 days are up? I know there are ways, but I’m not aware of how to do them.

The account is permanently limited, not a soft limit, so I have zero permissions from my end. A bank is already linked to the account, along with SSN, ID, etc.

Call PayPal, the support agents often are able to assist you in moving funds out your account when limited.
