PayPal Limited, Fake Name. HELP!!!

Hi, My paypal account recently got limited I believe the reason for it was that I opened another paypal account on the same IP, than 5 minutes later my account got limited, I'm under 18 and I used a fake name making the account. What do I do? I have over $100 in my paypal balance.

I Read somewhere that if you admit your under 18 they will perm limit the account but they will let you withdraw the money from your account to a bank account, Not sure if thats true or not.

5 Minutes after I made the new account my account got limited, I haven't done anything illegal / scam anyone so I thought it might be that.[DOUBLEPOST=1463791304][/DOUBLEPOST]

You should be fine to send money, try making another paypal with a VPN or change your IP, unless you are going to add money to a card from the paypal balance or withdraw money from a card to the balance you should be all good man

I have another paypal account made on a different ip from a while back but I'm locked from sending money so I can't really do much.

Yeah, I sold my gmod server about 2 hours ago and I got a $60 f&f payment than I made a new account to send the money to it since I thought I might get charged back than 5 mins after making the new account I got limited.

Probably the same ip and your sudden new account. If you make a new account suddenly without filling out info, paypal's system is notified.[DOUBLEPOST=1463791722][/DOUBLEPOST]

Try sending it to a family member and have them hold it for a minute and make a new paypal then have them send it back or just call paypal and act 18

Acting 18 doesn't work when you get paypal representatives that keep asking for your Id, SSN, address, and pictures of documents
