Paypal Limited - Need help to get the funds out [$850]

As the title said it, my paypal account got limited with over $850 on it.
I've already looked how to get it out of the paypals, it says I need to transfer it to a bank account with the same name that is registered on the paypal account.
The problem is that my paypal is filled with fake infos so I'm unable to do this.

Of course you'll take a comission (arround 40% of the current balance).

As Joshuaharry1201 stated, Paypal is not a bank. They have absolutely no rights by law to retain funds, thus you should give them a nice little call.

So basically what you can do is put a bank your paypal and withdraw all the money in it to ur bank

The name of the paypal account needs to match with the name of the bank account.

I've had somthing simlar with them.

all you have to do his

Phone them up and say this.
You to the agent " Sir/Madam, is paypal a bank"
Agent "no"
You "Under the law, then you are not alllowed/obigied to hold my funds, please transfur it"
Agent "ok"

well.. erm.. mypaypal account is just a mastercard with fake info.. and my paypal account name is my real name.. i have no issue's?

should not matter, really. tbh.. along as its a valid bank accout.. just hit them with the line of i cannot add a bank account as my account is limted. and they will add it for you.

Anyway, even if they add the bank account I required, I don't think the money will fall into that bank account, I think it'll say, An error occured when trying to transfer the money: the names doesn't match..

Add your bank account. then phone them saying that you want the funds into your bank.

I hope they'll do so..
