Paypal Limited? What To Do?

Hey, so my paypal got limited a few days ago, I dont really know why but I am under the age of 18, I had my bank connected with paypal as my card got blocked with paypal cant remember when.

How can I get out of this, I heard that making new accounts is illegal, I really need to use paypal as I got to do a few things.​

Don't have a PayPal account if your under 18. Simple. Sorry to be harsh, but its the truth. They have age restrictions for a reason.

just call them , nobody's gonna ask you about your age, just tell them what they wanna know and If they're asking for identity just tell them that you're gonna send it, but don't since youre not 18

no, you ask them why your paypal is limited if you did not receive a message.
Then they'll tell you roughly why, and what to do about it. should not be a major problem, unless support for your country is horrific
