So I have two paypal account that are now limited, one account has Just over $18k in it and the other has $225nzd, Now I need a bit of cash for boxing day as I will be giving my mother her new car, Would anyone but interested in buying the $225nzd account, not asking you to pay the full price but somewhat close to it, it would help me out a lot and would be extremely grateful, if you have any suggestion of how I could get it out sooner possibly let me know also, thank you in advance.

PayPal has a policy where they have to let you withdraw to a bank after a certain period of time. I don't remember how long though.

Do you need help unlocking these PayPals? I actually just got mine unlocked with 190 dollars last night. I social engineered my way through the entire thing.
