If you guys lie about details (including your age) when signing up then it's only a matter of time before you get limited.

If you live inside of the United States then you should create a student account. Otherwise, I suggest using a parents account for your online transactions.

You dont have, you only have to prove them that you are the guy of the paypal account sending them a picture of your full " DNI " " NIE " "PASSPORT"

Nope. You can't do a single thing about it. In the TOS they can limit you for anything they want

I used all my verified info for mine, SSN, Bank, Etc. I'm fucked.

That is bullshit. No one gets limited for age unless you blatantly tell them you are under 18.

There is no argument here. If you're making a lot of transactions on a non-business account then there will come a point when they want more information about you and generally look into your account. If you're not 18 and are using Paypal then you will be screwed. Some people just get screwed before others do.

I also wouldn't recommend forging identification and sending it to Paypal...
