I'm 16 years old. They are asking for Photo ID and Bank address.

I have no clue what to do. My accounts been restricted for 3 weeks.

admit to the fact your 16, they'll let you withdraw your balance and close your account

They won't do jack shit, they'll let you take your money to your card and then close your account, then you just open a new one.
