I'm from the Philippines so this case is different from usual limitations, pls I'm desperate someone help me out. tysm

If your paypal is limited it can be solved by 2 things, Fully verifying the account. Or calling paypal, if your underage good luck

I'm 18 and I can't call paypal because of the fees

Then you will have to verify that you are the account holder. If you put in a different name when making the paypal account then you will have to either cop the fees or say goodbye to whatever is in the account's balance.

Normally there is a section which lets you do it through paypal (at least thats what it was when I got mine limited), it is quite likely that they will not respond anywhere near as fast through email as if you were to call them.

I won't be able to look for that section since I am not able to access my PayPal.

Are you able to still sign in to the account, or does it come up with an error message right at the sign-in screen?
