Paypal limits me again

Yeah, I got limited for 'enabling illegal activity' once. Had to sign a waiver to get unlimited.
The one thing I'm still pissed about is that they were unable to explain what I actually did.
Still, that account's been limited anyway because I wasn't 18 when I made it.

Ye, they refuses to tell me what I did wrong, just that I violated the paypal user agreement.

That's the one and only thing I hate about paypal. A lot of complaints I see on here are about people being stupid, but they seem to refuse to tell you what you did wrong, letting you do it again and again and just limiting you each time.

I had to do some social engineering to get a bit of a reason from them. lol

I am pretty sure you are under 18 or had some other issue (such as logging in with proxy or other shit). Erm mate I do google advertising if you think that's cheap then there is something seriously wrong with your mentality, quite frankly you may think what you like, but I've done quite well for myself over the last 3 years.

Also I asked from $1.10 cause I withdraw my daily income, then got another $9 later that night (minimum requirement for a withdrawal is $10) for selling bulk spotify accounts, until you have the fact right, I would advice you to stop been a keyboard warrior, if you don't know ask, otherwise learn to zip it.

Its paying google to advertise your sites or stuff or w/e. Costs quite much but if you have something interesting it pays back

You were most likely courted because they thought you were money laundering with that much in an active balance.

Withdraw it into a bank account.
Always declare your income.
Pay your tax.

And you won't have an issue in most cases. It's weird that you gave all your documentation and they still limited it though. Calling them is always a good idea.

A big part of me reckons it's the fact that he received such a large sum through "family & friends" rather than as goods/services. When you take payments as family & friends, you're actively avoiding PayPal's fees (which is, of course against PayPal's terms IIRC).

I had a large some of money going into the paypal account and out to my bank, I didn't actually do anything wrong, I don't scam since its a scumbag of the thing to do, I ask which transaction was suspicious they just referred back to the policy, I asked the lady to state where it said about the transactions in the policy and she couldn't even tell me, but said "It's in there", there clearly half bloody stupid.[DOUBLEPOST=1482663778][/DOUBLEPOST]

I've been using PayPal for a long time. As long as you follow the rules there shouldn't be any issues. I was limited once and provided identification and was unlimited.
I always see threads about kids' PayPal accounts getting locked for obvious reasons and they complain about it anyway.

I think you mentioned selling bulk Spotify accounts? That's definitely a violation of the AUP. (Maybe you were talking about BTC, I don't really know, but if that's linked to the PayPal it could be an issue).
